Job summary

CompassRock in London is seeking a data analytics professional to join our growing team. You will analyze resident behavior, leasing trends, and pricing drivers to optimize performance across our Build-to-Rent portfolio.

The role requires building scalable datasets, creating clear dashboards, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders. You will collaborate with marketing, leasing, revenue management and operations to enhance the resident experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building datasets and data cubes for scalable reporting.
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong business outcome orientation.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Leverage large datasets to inform pricing, leasing, and marketing decisions.
• Identify rent optimization opportunities and lead conversion improvements.
• Monitor digital marketing channel performance for lease-ups.
• Benchmark KPIs across sites or regions.
• Create dashboards and executive-ready presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, leasing, revenue and operations to improve resident experience.
