You will report to the Data Analytics and Insights Manager, lead data storytelling, and build a centralized analytics framework.

The role emphasizes staying current with tools like SQL, Snowflake, Python, Google Analytics, and Power BI, and delivering robust data-driven decision support.

Qualifications

• Strong background in analytics within commercial or digital product context.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Experience with Google Marketing Cloud, GTM, GA, and Search Console.
• Knowledge of statistics, data modelling, and data architecture.
• Experience with data science techniques and predictive modelling.
• AI/ML platform proficiency as a power user.

Responsibilities

• Lead data storytelling and influence product direction.
• Develop, maintain, and automate BI/MI reports.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Technology, and Operations.
• Develop and track KPIs and data insights.
• Apply data science techniques to analyse customer behaviour.
• Stay updated on tools and techniques in data analytics.
