Solvd. is seeking a Data Analyst to produce accurate analyses, reports and dashboards that translate data into actionable insights for internal teams, customers, and operating companies in the UK.

The role focuses on regular and ad hoc reporting, performance trends and clear business commentary. Entry to mid-level, ideal for someone with a solid data analysis foundation who wants to develop technical and commercial skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear, logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in data tasks.
• Ability to organise and prioritise tasks within deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new systems and analytical tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate daily, periodic and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain clear dashboards, reports and presentations.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests within agreed timescales.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide commentary that explains findings and business impact.
• Support data quality checks and maintenance of databases and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with operational teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Support workforce and capacity reporting including service levels and scheduling.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions per approved processes.
• Document reporting processes and maintain existing documentation.
• Contribute to automation of reports and business processes.
• Handle company and customer information in line with data protection.
