Job summary

Profitero+ is seeking a Data Analyst to transform complex e-commerce data into reliable, intuitive analytical solutions. You will build and enhance client dashboards, develop ETL processes, and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business questions into technical requirements.

This hands-on role focuses on Snowflake SQL, dbt, Python and Sigma dashboard development, with mentoring of junior colleagues and exploration of AI/ML-enabled approaches in production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in an analytics role.
• Advanced SQL skills with Snowflake/GBQ and dbt experience.
• Ability to review code and extend existing scripts.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards in Sigma/Looker/Power BI.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding and analysis tools.
• Ability to translate client requirements into clear product scopes and communicate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and enhance dashboards in Sigma, aligned with client requirements.
• Design and maintain ETL processes using Snowflake SQL and dbt to ensure reliable dashboards.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control across analytics projects and code reviews.
• Adhere to Jira-based processes and delivery standards.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members with technical guidance and problem-solving.
• Develop deep expertise in Profitero+’s offerings and AI-enabled solutions.
