Synergy Recruitment Ltd is seeking an entry-level Data Administrator to join their team. You will be trained from scratch with strong support from your manager, gaining hands-on experience in data handling and reporting in a sociable office environment.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 at home), standard hours Monday to Friday, and opportunities to progress within the team and across the wider business as you learn.

Qualifications

• An interest in working with data
• No prior experience required; training provided
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 at home

Responsibilities

• Updating the system when people move on and off projects, and making sure everything that goes with that is sorted, such as asking IT to update access
• Working through requests step by step, following a set process and marking them off once they're done
• Running reports and keeping trackers up to date
• Pulling data from an internal system into Excel and providing the requested information
• Liaising with internal teams
