We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join a small successful team. This is a varied role where you will work supporting customers throughout the entire order lifecycle, from quotation and order placement through to delivery and after‑sales support.
As a key member of the Customer Support team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, resolving queries, and ensuring customers receive a first‑class service at every stage of their journey. You will act as the primary internal contact for customer account enquiries, working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, After‑Sales Service and Spare Parts teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
