Job summary

Mysoft is seeking a Customer Success Manager to deepen relationships with Sage X3, Sage Intacct and X3CloudDocs users. You will act as a trusted advisor, understand customers' businesses, and drive value through proactive account management and tailored guidance.

You will lead reviews, onboard new modules, and identify opportunities to expand partnerships while collaborating with Sales, Consultancy, Support and Marketing for an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar customer-facing role within software/ERP tech.
• Understanding of business processes and ERP solutions (Sage X3 / Sage Intacct or similar).
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experience and helping customers achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand challenges and propose solutions.
• Proactive, organised approach to managing multiple customer relationships and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and act as their primary point of contact.
• Understand each customer's business to maximise value from Sage X3, Sage Intacct and X3CloudDocs.
• Lead regular reviews to identify opportunities, manage risks, and drive long-term success.
• Support onboarding and adoption of modules and third-party solutions for a smooth journey.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling of new solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consultancy, Support, Project Management, Development and Marketing to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Coordinate with partners to identify opportunities and demonstrations.
• Gather customer feedback to influence service improvements and success stories.
