Job summary

Mysoft is seeking a Sage X3 Finance Consultant to implement, configure and support Sage X3 solutions for clients in the UK. You will translate complex finance processes into practical system configurations, drive effective reporting, and support the full implementation lifecycle.

You will collaborate with customers and technical teams to deliver integrations and customisations, lead testing and data migration, provide user training, and ensure successful adoption of the system.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and configuring Sage X3, with strong functional knowledge of Sage X3 Finance including core accounting, AP/AR, banking, payments, VAT/tax, month end/year end processes, financial reporting and data management.
• Strong understanding of business processes, solution design, system integrations, and ERP best practices.
• Experience delivering software or ERP projects using structured project methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and support Sage X3 solutions for clients, translating business needs into workable configurations.
• Lead testing, data migration validation, and deployment activities within the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customisations and integrations.
• Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support adoption.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers and resolve issues throughout project delivery.
