Job summary

Foundever is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative in Kingston, UK, delivering exceptional service across multiple channels for a leading premium home beer brand. The role is hybrid after training, with a salary of £14 per hour and a 37.5 hour week on a temporary contract through 31 December 2026.

The successful candidate will listen, diagnose and resolve inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction, and contribute to continuous improvement across the contact centre.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact centre.
• Experience handling complaints and difficult conversations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely responses via all contact channels.
• Identify and escalate customer complaints per policy.
• Monitor trends and raise issues to managers when needed.
• Support teams to reduce errors and maximise efficiency.
