GSF Car Parts is seeking a General Assistant for a multi-role position at our Chichester branch. The role combines delivery, warehouse, and counter sales to support day-to-day operations and customer service.

You’ll contribute to achieving branch targets, handle click-and-collect orders, and develop strong customer relationships while working across team duties and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within retail, sales, warehouse or delivery environments.
• Positive, proactive approach with a strong focus on customer service.
• Motivated and target-driven with ability to contribute towards sales and branch performance.
• Confident using IT systems to support order processing, stock management and customer interactions.

Aufgaben

• Delivery driving duties, ensuring accurate, safe and timely delivery of parts to customers while providing excellent service at all times.
• Serving trade and retail customers on the counter, supporting with enquiries, orders and upselling where appropriate.
• Picking and packing parts from the warehouse to fulfil customer and delivery orders efficiently and accurately.
• Supporting click and collect orders and ensuring customers are served promptly.
• Assisting the sales team with product promotions, handling telephone and electronic queries as required.
• Fully satisfying customer needs in respect of any part orders, returns or queries.
• Checking customer returns for resale, warranty or surcharge purposes.
• Contributing to a positive team performance whilst working towards individual KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintaining high standards of organisation, cleanliness and health & safety across warehouse and customer-facing areas.
