Job summary

NFU Mutual is seeking a Customer Analytics Consultant to turn data into actionable insights that shape customer strategy, performance analytics and business decisions across products and journeys.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, develop dashboards for self-serve insights, support data quality and governance, and work in a hybrid role with 80% homeworking and 20% from Stratford-upon-Avon.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data analysis and insight to support strategic decision making.
• Strong SQL skills and experience manipulating and analysing data.
• Experience using data visualisation tools to create dashboards and present insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
