Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Customer Selections & Analytics Consultant in Stratford-upon-Avon to drive customer targeting, campaign optimisation and analytics across multiple data projects.

You will build customer selections with SQL, translate briefs into data solutions and deliver dashboards that reveal campaign performance and ROI. The role offers hybrid work with a weekly in-office day and a 12-month FTC.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial SQL experience.
• Experience in customer selections, audience selections, campaign analytics, CRM analytics, or customer data environments.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver customer selections using SQL.
• Translate campaign briefs into technical requirements and data solutions.
• Work across multiple datasets to identify and target audiences.
• Develop and maintain campaign performance dashboards.
• Analyze campaign results and test-and-learn activity to improve ROI.
• Provide actionable insight to support customer targeting strategies.
• Present data findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support data quality and QA processes.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to refine targeting approaches.
