Valpak Limited is hiring a Customer Advisor in Stratford-upon-Avon for an initial 4-week temporary assignment with potential to go permanent. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the Stratford office.

You’ll liaise with suppliers on data submissions for packaging, WEEE, Batteries, and the new EPR requirements, working with Data Admins, Account Managers and Data Team Managers. You’ll collect information by email/phone/live chat, present webinars, and engage with supplier bases while

• Experience in a customer-facing role and office environment.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and data handling.
• Strong numerical and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via email, phone and live chat.
• Support data submissions related to packaging, WEEE, batteries and regulations.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate data.
• Assist with webinars and communications to suppliers.
