Job summary

Valpak, the UK’s leading environmental compliance provider, is seeking an International Account Advisor in Stratford-Upon-Avon to support ECM services for European clients. You will manage overseas accounts, liaise with international schemes, and help ensure compliance outside the UK.

The role emphasises regulatory research, reporting, and collaboration with the wider team. This is a permanent full-time hybrid role with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and customer service standards.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work with limited supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer accounts.
• Attend sales and client meetings; explain and sell ECM services.
• Undertake research into environmental legislation and regulations.
• Act as a key contact for the extended team and train others.
• Write in-depth compliance reports for clients.
• Coordinate scheme registrations with authorities and clients.
