Job summary

Vans in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Credit Reporting Manager to lead our Credit Reporting Team on a hybrid basis. You will design, deliver and maintain high-quality management information and credit reports to empower data-driven decision‑making across the Credit function.

Key skills include Cognos, data visualization, SQL, Python or automation, advanced Excel, and experience with the Power Platform. You will lead a team, drive improvements and ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, maintenance of MI and credit reports.
• Mentor and develop direct reports; drive team efficiency.
• Identify MI requirements; prioritise work with Finance/Credit.
• Champion automation and AI-enabled tooling in reporting.
• Oversee report formats, dashboards and ad hoc analysis.
• Provide data-led insight to Credit Management and stakeholders.
