Job summary

Reed is seeking a proactive Credit Control Administrator in Watford, offering hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 days remote) and a salary of £31,000–£33,000. You will manage customer accounts, reduce aged debt, and support the finance team, with NetSuite experience desirable.

The role reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager and involves ensuring accurate records, timely payments, and strong stakeholder relationships within a growing finance function.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and collect outstanding customer debts.
• Contact customers to secure timely payment of invoices.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts in NetSuite.
• Monitor aged debt and minimise overdue balances.
• Allocate payments and reconcile customer accounts.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Produce aged debt reports for management.
• Support month-end processes and finance reporting.
