Genuit Group is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to join the Finance team in Doncaster. You will manage customer accounts, chase overdue payments, resolve invoice queries and maintain accurate data while supporting cash collection goals.

The role requires GCSEs in Maths and English, proven credit control experience, and strong Excel/IFS skills. Hybrid working is offered with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control and customer accounts management.
• Strong IT skills with Excel and accounting software proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Ability to work to deadlines under time pressure and manage priorities.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring invoices are collected promptly and within terms.
• Monitor aged debt and take action to minimise bad debt.
• Allocate payments and maintain up-to-date account records.
• Support monthly cash collection targets and reporting.
• Handle credit notes, price credits, and credit refusals where needed.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Transport and other departments.
