You will chase payments, handle client queries, prepare monthly statements and contribute to reports for the finance committee, with a focus on accuracy and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous credit control experience is essential.
• Experience in an accounts function is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel; Oracle Fusion or ERP systems desirable.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade 5/C or higher.

Responsibilities

• Chasing payments within agreed terms and liaising with clients.
• Handle client queries to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare a monthly Credit Control report for the finance committee.
• Attend monthly Credit Control meetings with line manager.
