Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Associate to join the Loan Servicing team, focusing on a portfolio of corporate real estate loans. You will support credit papers, perform financial analysis, and work closely with Lender, Coverage, Execution and Credit Risk teams to ensure high-quality portfolio performance.

You will build strong client relationships across diverse businesses, including FTSE 250 companies, while contributing to risk management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Two years' credit experience in Corporate Banking, including financial analysis and credit risk assessment.
• Experience preparing or contributing to credit papers and familiarity with LMA documentation
• Experience supporting complex loan lifecycle events (e.g. waivers, amendments, renewals)
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with clients and senior stakeholders
• Proven track record of balancing multiple priorities to deliver high quality service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of long-dated commercial real estate loans.
• Assist in credit paper preparation and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with Lender, Coverage, Execution and Credit Risk teams, as well as external advisers.
• Engage directly with clients on loan and risk-related matters, while enhancing portfolio insight.
• Monitor emerging risks and deliver clear, accurate reporting.
