Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Associate to support a portfolio of long-dated commercial real estate lending under a servicing agreement with Scottish Widows. You will work with Lender, Coverage, Execution and Credit Risk teams to manage risk, deliver clear reporting, and build relationships with diverse clients ranging from private businesses to FTSE 250 companies.

You will assist with consent requests, waivers and annual reviews, contribute to credit papers, and monitor emerging risks

Qualifications

• Two years' demonstrated credit experience including financial analysis and credit risk assessment within Corporate Banking.
• Experience preparing or contributing to credit papers and familiarity with LMA documentation.
• Experience supporting complex loan lifecycle events (e.g. waivers, amendments, renewals).
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of balancing multiple priorities to deliver high quality service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
