Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in London, Birmingham or Edinburgh is seeking an Associate to join our Loan Servicing team. You’ll support a portfolio of long-dated corporate real estate loans under a servicing contract, collaborating with Lending, Coverage, Execution and Credit Risk teams.

You’ll build relationships with diverse clients, handle lifecycle events like waivers and amendments, contribute to credit papers, financial analysis, and risk monitoring, and help deliver clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Two years' demonstrated credit experience within Corporate Banking.
• Experience preparing or contributing to credit papers and familiarity with LMA documentation.
• Experience supporting complex loan lifecycle events (waivers, amendments, renewals).
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of long-dated corporate real estate loans in a servicing framework.
• Support credit papers, financial analysis, risk monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate with Lender, Coverage, Execution and Credit Risk teams and external advisers.
• Engage with clients on loan and risk-related matters and support lifecycle events (waivers, amendments, renewals).
• Contribute to smooth deal delivery and portfolio insights.
