Aon plc seeks a Consultant to join the Covenant & Security Team in London or St Albans. You will provide credit and corporate finance advice to pension schemes and sponsors, assessing the financial strength of sponsors and the impact of corporate activity on schemes.

This is a hybrid role with 50% remote work and a weekly team day in London, offering exposure to senior leaders and clear career progression within a leading UK pensions consultancy.

Formación

• Experience in a financial advisory environment such as restructuring, corporate finance, or advisory to DB pension scheme trustees.
• Understanding of DB pensions and financial strength of companies is relevant; training provided if needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Produce high quality written covenant analysis reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Advise pension scheme trustees on sponsor financial strength and effects of corporate activity.
• Interact with senior pension fund trustees, CFOs and Aon team members to support the Covenant & Security team.
• Support the covenant practice growth through internal and external networking.
