Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and ongoing development of the courier loyalty programme to drive engagement, retention, and value.
• Support marketing initiatives to strengthen proposition and position as first choice for couriers.
• Analyse marketing campaign performance using Tableau and Google Analytics to track results.
• Implement, test, and optimise marketing activities to continually improve results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
• Produce clear, high-quality marketing materials and campaign documentation to align teams with goals.
• Support the Senior Marketing Manager in shaping and delivering the courier marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with the copywriter to produce marketing copy for product changes and brand communications.
• Own administrative tasks including raising POs, processing invoices, and tracking the budget.
