Qualifications

• Experience in marketing with a proven track record of delivering insight-led campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building with internal and external partners.
• Hands-on with data analysis to optimise campaigns and budgets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and ongoing development of our courier loyalty programme to drive engagement and retention.
• Support marketing initiatives to strengthen our proposition for couriers and position us as the first choice.
• Analyse marketing campaign performance using Tableau and Google Analytics.
• Implement, test, and optimise marketing activities to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.
• Produce marketing materials and campaign documentation aligned with business goals.
• Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in shaping the courier marketing strategy.
• Work with copywriters to craft compelling marketing copy for product changes and brand comms.
• Raise POs, process invoices, and track overall budget spending.
