• Support marketing initiatives that strengthen proposition and positioning.
• Analyse campaign performance using Tableau and Google Analytics to track results.
• Implement, test, and optimise marketing activities to improve outcomes.
• Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners for smooth collaboration.
• Produce clear, high-quality marketing materials and campaign documentation.
• Support Senior Marketing Manager in shaping and delivering the overall courier marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with copywriter on compelling marketing copy for product changes and brand communications.
• Own administrative details by raising POs, processing invoices, and tracking budget spend.
