Responsibilities

• Support courier loyalty programme delivery and ongoing development to drive engagement and retention.
• Support marketing initiatives to strengthen proposition and position as first choice for couriers.
• Analyse marketing campaign performance using Tableau and Google Analytics to track results.
• Implement, test, and optimise marketing activities to continually raise results.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution.
• Produce clear marketing materials and campaign documentation aligned with goals.
• Support Senior Marketing Manager in shaping and delivering overall courier marketing strategy.
• Work with copywriter to produce compelling marketing copy for product changes and updates.
• Own administrative tasks like raising POs, processing invoices, and tracking budget.
