Responsibilities include liaising with external organizations, preparing cases for court, and providing support during a busy period. Ideal candidates should have proficiency in the Iworld/Northgate system and relevant experience in Council Tax administration.

Formación

• Ability to proficiently use the Iworld/Northgate Version 6 ICT System.
• Experience in administering Council Tax Billing, Collection and Recovery.
• Knowledge of Council Tax account management including opening, closing, and amending accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support throughout a busy period as a Council Tax Officer.
• Trace absconded Council Tax Payments.
• Prepare cases for Magistrates Court Committals.

Administer the Billing, Collection and Recovery of Council Tax

Handle summons arrangements
