Job summary

The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Cost Controller to join the manufacturing finance team in Halstead, Essex. The role focuses on delivering accurate cost reporting, budgeting support, and cost visibility across the business.

You will work with Finance and Operations to drive month-end processes, standard costing, and profitability analysis in a hybrid environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Experience in cost controlling/manufacturing finance.
• Proficient in SAP and advanced Excel; able to work with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end cost reports and profitability analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Maintain material standard costs and costing data.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to drive cost visibility.
