Job summary

PRO TAX in Birmingham City Centre is expanding its national tax team and seeking experienced Corporate Tax Managers to lead a growing portfolio. The role blends compliance with advisory work across group planning, R&D credits, property planning, succession and M&A, with involvement in due diligence and wider transactional activity.

You will supervise staff, support partners and directorship, and contribute to the tax practice’s strategic direction within a Midlands-based firm that offers

Qualifications

• Strong UK corporate tax experience with a variety of clients, including growing OMBs.
• Management and staff review exposure.
• Experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dynamic corporate tax portfolio with the tax leadership team.
• Oversee tax compliance and provide advisory support (group planning, R&D credits, property planning, succession, M&A, due diligence).
• Supervise and review work of the team and assist partners/directors with broader management.

Skills

Strong UK corporate tax experience

Education

ACA / ACCA or ATT / CTA qualified
