Qualifications

• Extensive experience in corporate tax advisory for mid-market and large corporates.
• Strong knowledge of international tax planning, M&A, and R&D tax incentives.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead a tax team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate tax team and be main client contact.
• Oversee a range of advisory projects including international planning, M&A, and R&D tax.
• Develop new business and build relationships with clients in construction and manufacturing sectors.
