Qualifications

• At least 5 years' PQE with broad corporate experience.
• Ability to mentor junior lawyers and work with partners.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a range of corporate transactions (M&A, private equity, exits).
• Mentor and develop junior members of the team.
• Cultivate client relationships and cross-sell services.
• Collaborate with partners on complex, high-value matters.
