Job summary

Capio Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage an existing corporate client book and drive growth across the South West. You will work with a dedicated broking team and have autonomy over your portfolio, with a warm client base in Devon and Cornwall.

The role offers hybrid working with regular client visits and a bonus structure rewarding organic growth; strong technical broking knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing mid-market and corporate insurance risks within an established broking environment.
• Strong knowledge of property, commercial combined, liabilities, and fleet covers.

Responsibilities

• Inherit and manage an established corporate client book with £200,000–£300,000 in fee income.
• Collaborate with a team of brokers and handlers for high-value client advisory work.
• Identify and secure new regional corporate accounts across the South West.
• Lead renewal negotiations and risk discussions with senior business leaders.
