Responsibilities

• Control the renewal process for clients and gather information from clients and prospects.
• Maintain and grow the book by pursuing new business leads.
• Discuss renewal terms with customers and secure competitive terms meeting client objectives.
• Visit clients to strengthen relationships and understand their needs.
• Assess account queries and credit matters and escalate as needed.
• Identify and act on new-business opportunities and advise on suitable options.
