Capio Recruitment Insurance in North Devon is seeking an experienced Corporate Account Executive for a hybrid role. You will inherit a mature client base with £200,000 to £300,000 in fee income from day one, across property, manufacturing and engineering sectors.

Backed by an in-house broking and handling team, you will enjoy autonomy over your week and pipeline, with a structured bonus that rewards organic growth and regional expansion across the South West.

Formación

• Experience managing mid-market and corporate insurance risks in commercial broking.
• Strong cross-class broking knowledge (property, commercial combined, liabilities, fleets).
• Proven relationship-building and consultative client meeting skills.
• Ability to work in hybrid arrangement and travel to North Devon.

Responsabilidades

• Inherit and manage an established corporate client book generating £200,000 to £300,000 in fee income across property, manufacturing, and engineering.
• Collaborate with five experienced brokers and handlers for support and focus on high-value client advisory work.
• Identify and secure new regional corporate accounts across the South West with autonomy over pipeline strategy and payout potential from growth bonus.
• Lead renewal negotiations and risk discussions with senior business leaders, enhancing broking mastery and regional reputation.
