Job summary

Mpa Recruitment seeks a Corporate Engagement Officer (Band 6) to join our client in Armagh on a full-time, hybrid basis. The role involves supporting strategic planning and external engagement, developing content, and coordinating communications across SPGP channels, with a 37.5 hour week.

You will draft high-quality content, assist in events and stakeholder communications, monitor engagement analytics, and help report on performance and improvements for corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Internal and external communications principles.
• Digital communications and web content management.
• Accessibility and plain English standards.
• University degree or professional qualification in Communications/PR/Marketing/Journ/Digital Media/Business Studies, or 3+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the Strategic Planning and Performance Group's internal and external corporate engagement and communications activities.
• Work with the Senior Communications Officer to develop, coordinate and publish content across SPGP channels.
• Support corporate events, staff engagement, consultations and stakeholder communications.
• Assist in planning, development and delivery of internal and external communications activities.
• Draft, edit and publish high-quality written content for multiple channels.
• Assist with newsletters, e-zines, staff bulletins and presentations.
