Job summary

G2 Legal in London seeks an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its growing Corporate team. You will handle high-quality work, develop long-term client relationships, and play a key role in expanding the practice for ambitious SME and investor clients.

The role covers mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, restructurings, company law matters, and other strategic transactions, with autonomy and collaboration across the firm.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' PQE in corporate law.
• Strong experience handling corporate transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Commercial, pragmatic approach and excellent technical skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience developing business through networking and referral opportunities.
• The confidence to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with colleagues across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise a diverse client base on mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements and other corporate documents.
• Assist with corporate restructurings and wider strategic business transactions.
• Develop long-term client relationships and contribute to growth of the corporate practice.
