You will advise on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance with independence and commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in Corporate Law
• Strong technical expertise across corporate transactions
• Commercially minded with excellent client management skills
• Able to manage a varied caseload independently

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, and shareholder agreements
• Structure and negotiate corporate transactions and governance arrangements
• Advising a diverse client base including SMEs, entrepreneurs, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals
