Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience within new build and shared ownership as an Assistant Conveyancer or Conveyancing Paralegal.
• Excellent communication skills with peers of all levels.
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Conveyancing Executive(s) in managing their caseloads.
• Conduct electronic ID verification checks for clients.
• Compile Contract, Mortgage and Search reports.
