Job summary

A Technical Contracts Executive role at Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with hybrid working from our Coventry HQ and remote days. The role supports research and knowledge exchange by managing contracts and ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

You will collaborate with project managers, contractors, procurement and legal colleagues to manage risks and ensure timely, compliant contract processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with contracts, legal documentation or complex administrative processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Produce, process and maintain contracts, amendments and collaboration agreements for approved projects.
• Act as primary contact for contractor and contract queries.
• Maintain contract records and milestone tracking in SharePoint and other systems.
• Support contract negotiations with procurement, legal and project teams.
