Orion Group is recruiting a Contracts Specialist - Operations and Maintenance for our Aberdeen-based team. This permanent role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will lead end‑to‑end tendering and contract management, balancing commercial value with operational risk, while collaborating with Operations, Legal and Finance to align procurement strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contracts or category roles within procurement.
• Strong knowledge of contract development and tendering processes.
• Experience with LOGIC contracts and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead tendering, evaluation and negotiation across Operations & Maintenance contracts.
• Provide trusted commercial and contractual advice to support decision‑making.
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
• Drive supplier performance, value creation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
• Champion safe, compliant procurement practices across activities.
