Airbus is recruiting a Procurement Contracts Specialist to manage and negotiate complex procurement contracts across Systems and Equipment, Cabin and Propulsion. Based in Filton (UK) with possible Toulouse posting, you will work in the PYCS Department focusing on legal documentation and IP/confidentiality aspects.

You will provide contractual support to buyers, shape tender elements, and ensure compliance with laws and Airbus requirements. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualificações

• Previous experience working in a legal or procurement role.
• Strong contract negotiation skills.
• Customer oriented, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and rigorous, able to break down and explain complex topics.
• Pragmatic, able to balance contractual and business risks, priorities, oversights and compliance.
• Keen interest in contracts and prior experience of both contract drafting and contract negotiation.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written (essential for roles with English contracts).

Responsabilidades

• Providing contractual expertise to buyers and commodity management in the negotiation of procurement agreements.
• Providing support and advice in Call for Tenders (CFTs) by approving the contractual baseline and assessing bids.
• Supporting Airbus projects through defining the contractual strategy and related sourcing models.
• Advising internal stakeholders on contractual implications of planned supplier initiatives (confidentiality/IP).
• Drafting ad hoc contractual documents with buyers and commodity management.
• Approving contractual documentation prior to final signature (CVF).
• Providing contractual analysis during the contract life cycle (amendments, disputes, insolvency).
• Clarifying contractual issues for claims preparation/defence and pre-litigation.
