Job summary

Morris & Spottiswood Ltd, a leading fitout, refurbishment and construction services provider in the UK, seeks an experienced Contracts Manager for a full-time, permanent role based in our Glasgow Office with hybrid working. The role requires delivering projects safely, on time and to the highest standards while maintaining client satisfaction across Scotland.

You will lead multi‑project delivery, coordinate site managers and subcontractors, manage contracts financially with the Commercial team,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing multiple contracts and teams.
• Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Strong client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple contracts, ensuring safety, programme, quality and commercial objectives.
• Act as key client contact and maintain strong relationships throughout each project lifecycle.
• Lead project teams including site managers and subcontractors; support staff development.
