Job summary

Page Green is seeking a commercially strong Contracts Manager in the Construction sector, ideally based near Northampton, with mobility as required. You will lead remediation bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure projects meet technical and regulatory standards while collaborating with clients, project teams and legal colleagues.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern (home two days per week) with a quality company car or allowance and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract management with refurbishment projects £1m–£20m.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage client relationships.
• Experience in bid management, programme and resource planning.
• Knowledge of contract administration, drafting, negotiation, and contracts.
• Knowledge of construction industry standards, budgeting, and contract law.
• Leadership capabilities; experience managing a contract management team.
• Stable and clear career history on UK Projects.
