Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract management for refurbishment projects (£1m–£20m).
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage client relationships.
• Experience in bid management, programme and resource planning.
• Knowledge of contract administration, drafting, negotiation and management.
• Knowledge of construction industry standards, budgeting and contract law.
• Leadership experience managing a contract management team.
• Stable and clear career history on UK projects.
