Job summary

Recco is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple London-area projects, ensuring safe, on-time delivery within budget and to high standards. You will lead site teams, manage client relationships and align with commercial teams on profitability.

The role suits an established Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager aiming for broader leadership in a growing contractor. Hybrid working and a competitive package are on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering refurbishment, remediation or major works projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Lead site teams to achieve programme, quality and safety targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout delivery.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and company standards.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to manage profitability.
• Lead project reviews and provide progress updates to senior management.
• Maintain health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
