Job summary

Page Green is seeking a commercially strong Contracts Manager for construction remediation projects, with the ability to liaise with clients and lead bids. The role involves contract negotiation, administration, and ensuring projects meet regulatory standards.

The position requires mobility across the East Pennines area, with flexible working from home two days a week and in-office/site visits as needed. A company car or allowance is provided along with a structured benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract management with a focus on refurbishment projects ranging from £1m to £20m.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage client relationships.
• Experience in bid management, programme and resource planning.
• Knowledge of contract administration, drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts.
• Knowledge of construction industry standards, budgeting, and contract law.
• Leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing a contract management team.
• A stable and clear career history on UK Projects.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, review and manage business contracts.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers and legal teams.
• Drive business opportunities, manage bids and oversee contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead remediation bid management efforts and oversee preparation of bids.
• Act as a professional deal-maker to ensure commercial success.
