Job summary

The Social History Archive within DC Thomson seeks a Content Operations Executive to help deliver thematic historical collections, curate metadata and produce editorial content for researchers, educators and students worldwide.

You'll work with the Senior Content Curator to maintain workflows, perform quality assurance and collaborate with licensing, marketing and product teams to ensure timely projects with high editorial standards.

Qualifications

• Interest in history and academic research.
• Experience with CMS and metadata workflows.
• Strong copywriting and editorial layout skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience collaborating with academics, licensing or marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of content projects from concept to publication.
• Curate thematic historical collections and improve metadata quality.
• Upload content using CMS and perform QA against standards.
• Write and edit blog posts and landing pages.
• Collaborate with product, licensing and marketing teams.
