The Social History Archive is seeking a Content Operations Executive to support the delivery of high-quality content and editorial workflows for our growing digital archive. You will assist with thematic collections, metadata review, copy creation and content uploads, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to academic users.

• Working knowledge of academic history and humanities, ideally with postgraduate qualification.

Mansioni

• Support preparation and curation of thematic collections through research, metadata review and content uploads.
• Carry out quality assurance to maintain academic rigour, copy accuracy and metadata integrity.
• Write and edit content for blogs, landing pages and other digital channels.
• Compile and present basic content performance data to support editorial decisions.
• Maintain documentation and workflows to support efficient content operations.
• Work closely with product, licensing and marketing teams to provide updates on content projects.
• Provide administrative support for editorial partnerships and internships.
