Job summary

Errington Legal is recruiting a NQ+ Solicitor / Associate for a Construction (non-contentious) position in London with hybrid working. You will draft and negotiate project documentation, contracts and bespoke arrangements with support as needed, across sectors including health, education, sustainability and commercial property.

Ideal candidates will have NQ to 3 years PQE with experience in a construction or housing team, and a genuine interest in deepening construction industry knowledge;

Qualifications

• NQ to 3 years PQE in construction/non-contentious work.
• Experience in a construction or housing team is preferred.
• Keen to deepen knowledge of the construction industry.
• Knowledge of standard form contracts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate project documentation and contracts including standard forms and bespoke arrangements with support as required.
• Work across sectors including health, care, education, sustainability and renewables as well as real estate and property investment.
• Play an active role in business development.
