Qualifications

• Experience in non-contentious construction law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising on construction legislation and practice.
• Drafting and negotiating JCT and NEC contracts, including bespoke amendments.
• Preparing professional consultant appointments.
• Drafting collateral warranties, bonds, and guarantees.
• Applying contract law and understanding dispute resolution processes.
• Supporting clean and renewable energy projects (desirable).
• Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices.
• Delivering exceptional client service and managing multiple deadlines.
